Director of Special Education and Curriculum

Baker County K-12 School is proud to announce the addition of Blair Ethridge to the leadership team as the Director of Special Education and Curriculum. Mrs. Ethridge has worked in education for 15 years. Her teaching career began in Mitchell County where she worked as a Middle Grades Math teacher. Later, she worked for Pelham City Middle School and Georgia Cyber Academy as a Middle School Math teacher and co-teacher with the Special Education team. Mrs. Ethridge recently worked for Baker County K-12 School as the school Media Specialist.

Mrs. Ethridge holds teaching certification in Special Education, Middles Grades Mathematics and Language Arts, Elementary Education and Media.

She possesses a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Valdosta State University, Master’s Degree in Education from Albany State University, Specialist Degree in Leadership from Albany State University and Media Specialist Certification from Georgia Southern. 

In her spare time, Mrs. Ethridge enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting the beach, and reading books.

Mrs. Ethridge is a native to Baker County. She takes pride in the success of her community, therefore, she strives to maintain a welcoming learning environment at Baker County K-12 School where students feel safe, encouraged to do their best, and driven to succeed.
