- Employees must immediately report any suspicious emails or potential security threats to the IT department.
Social Media:
- When representing the Baker County School System on social media, employees must maintain professionalism and adhere to the school's communication guidelines.
- Personal opinions should be clearly identified and not presented as the views of the Baker County School System.
Monitoring:
- The Baker County School System reserves the right to monitor internet usage to ensure compliance with this policy.
- Any violation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Software and Downloads:

Consequences for Violation: Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination. In some cases, legal action may also be pursued.
Review and Updates: This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to address new technological developments and potential risks.
Acknowledgment: All employees must sign an acknowledgment form stating that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Employee Acceptable Internet Usage Policy.
