Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!!

Why not attend Baker County Schools? Why not enroll today?

I’m more excited about the start of this school year than I have ever been during my tenure at Baker County. We have a lot going on! The administration will continue its “mission” to make Baker County
Schools one of the safest and highest-achieving school districts in Southwest Georgia.

Baker County Schools is a very good choice for students and families. Baker County has small class sizes, a safe environment, and a highly competent staff. The school has a top notch agricultural
program with a newly built Agricultural Education Center to open this school year, a much improved athletic program and the best small band in Southwest Georgia.

Baker County has shown continued and sustained academic growth. “Student Achievement” is priority number one in Baker County. The business of education in Baker County is for students to behave in order for teachers to teach, so that learning will take place.

We have the right goals, the right staff and we are on the right track.

Come visit Baker County Schools and see educational success in action.

GO BEARS!!
