Human Resources
The Human Resources Department serves the Baker County School System as the central location for the well-being of the employees and potential employees by serving in the capacity of employer by recruitment and the applications process. We assist with the certification and re-certification process for certified and non-certified personnel. We oversee all workers compensation and personnel Issues. The Human Resources Department serves the school system employees who have complaints, concerns and/or input for the betterment of the Baker County School System in the capacity of liaison between the Superintendent and the Board of Education.
