The Human Resources Department serves the Baker County School System as the central location for the well being of the employees and potential employees by serving in the capacity of employer by recruitment and the applications process. We assist with the certification and re-certification process for certified and non-certified personnel. We oversee all workers compensation and personnel Issues. The Human Resources Department serves the school system employees who have complaints, concerns and/or input for the betterment of the Baker County School System in the capacity of liaison between the Superintendent and the Board of Education.
